Check the hotel-to-bus walk before booking Kimball Junction In a local visitor discussion, skiers describe using buses from Kimball Junction and point out that the exact lodging location matters. Before booking, check the walk with ski gear, legal crossings, the stop serving your chosen base and the last return bus. Use High Valley Transit’s current trip planner to verify the journey; its service is fare-free, but old route numbers and community claims about frequency are not a winter timetable. Compare the room plus airport transfers with a rental car, fuel and parking. A room advertised as near transit still needs an address-to-stop check.
