Choose your Hotham bus before booking accommodation Hotham's 2026 village bus is included in resort entry, but the regular loop does not serve Alpine Gateway (Loch Carpark). That car park has a separate shuttle with only three departures each way on the published schedule. Check the return departure before leaving your vehicle. Dinner Plain is a different service: travel to Hotham requires a ticket, while the Hotham-to-Dinner Plain direction is free under the published 2026 rules. Compare lodging plus transport for everyone, rather than assuming every nearby stay has the free village loop. These services operate during the official snow season; the operator warns that shoulder-season services can finish earlier. Recheck the current timetable and your nearest stop before booking. Keep lift access and any vehicle-entry permit separate in your budget; the 2026 transport page does not establish 2027 fares or operating dates.
