Select one of 128 U.S. resorts to request the National Weather Service's gridded forecast of new snow for a representative point. It is intentionally separate from historical snow context, reported base depth, lift status, roads, and terrain operations.

Read this first
A gridpoint forecast is a planning signal—not a mountain's current report.
NDFD Snow Amount means expected accumulation of new snow during a six-hour period. The exact published source windows, units, NWS update time, and HTTP Last-Modified time stay visible with every result. If NWS omits a value or the source cannot be safely interpreted, this page shows unavailable instead of filling a gap with zero.
For lifts, terrain, roads, parking, or a resort's own daily snow report, use a reviewed direct operator report where one is available.

What this page requests—and what it refuses to infer.
Published values only
Amounts are converted from the unit NWS supplies. Totals appear only for consecutive explicit six-hour windows; omitted or null NWS windows break the total rather than becoming a snowfall claim.
Independent use, clear credit
Ski Pass Planner is independent of NOAA and the National Weather Service. Results credit the National Weather Service / NDFD and link to the exact NWS source without using NWS branding or implying endorsement.
