The Alta–Snowbird powder chaseAlta 4d + Snowbird 4d
Four Alta days plus four Snowbird days is a plausible season for someone who chooses the canyon by conditions, not by brand loyalty.
Passes to compare: Ikon Pass · Alta-Bird Pass · Mountain Collective
Current access check: This is the cap that catches people: Ikon's Alta and Snowbird access shares one 7-day pool in PassCast's current data, not 7 days at each. Mountain Collective is different: the current roster gives it 2 days at each mountain, then a 50% discount on additional days. Alta-Bird is unlimited at both. Eight planned canyon days must be modeled as eight, not hand-waved into two separate caps.

Solitude home base with Brighton weekendsSolitude 6d + Brighton 4d
A Little Cottonwood-adjacent season that is mostly Solitude, with enough Brighton days that the smaller Ikon tier deserves an actual cap check.
Passes to compare: Ikon Base · Ikon Pass
Current access check: Ikon Base is unlimited at Solitude with no published Base blackout dates, but capped at 5 days at Brighton where the published northern peak-date restrictions apply. It also excludes Alta, Deer Valley and Snowbasin—do not assume nearby mountains are interchangeable.

Park City is the repeat mountainPark City 8d
Most of your actual days happen at Park City, with everything else still uncertain. This is a home-mountain season, not a destination-pass guessing game.
Passes to compare: Epic Local · Epic Pass
Current access check: Epic Local is unlimited at Park City in the planner, but holiday restrictions still apply. The full Epic price only earns its keep if those restricted calendar days are part of your real season.

The Deer Valley and Snowbasin specialDeer Valley 3d + Snowbasin 3d
A small premium-resort plan: three Deer Valley days and three Snowbasin days, without pretending they are part of the Cottonwood day pool.
Passes to compare: Ikon Pass
Current access check: The full Ikon Pass gives 7 days at each of Deer Valley and Snowbasin in the current roster. It is the only listed comparison here: Mountain Collective is tracked at Snowbasin but not Deer Valley, so it cannot cover this two-resort itinerary. Ikon Base excludes both, so its lower price is not a substitute for this itinerary.
